Lewis General Tires

My wife and i were just passing through near the beginning of a trip when i noticed how bad the tires on my wifes car felt. They were loud and vibrating/ lightly shaking. We stopped at Lewis General Tires at around 3:20 on 6-29-26 on a whim to see if they could do anything. I didn't get the persons name that took care of us, but i guess he was sympathetic to our issue. He happened to have a set of tires in stock and the crew had our tires changed and we were back on the road by 5. Who does that? Lewis General Tires did, even though the the chance of repeat business from us is low. If i lived close i would have a new tire store! By the way the Continental CrossContact lx sport tires are great! Thankyou to the sales person and crew!

so we were taking just our second trip In our used RV to see a doctor about four hours away. So we decided to go camping and make a trip out of it. And about an hour away from home, we got a flat on our inner tire of our RV with no way to change it. We stopped at four different tire places off the side of the road. Two Mr. tires and a different place that was supposed to be able to handle large vehicles like Mack trucks according to the referrals and reviews. Everybody told us they couldn’t do it. They said they didn’t have the jacks for it Or they just weren’t set up to do RVs. And everybody kept literally pointing down the road until eventually we came to a place called Lewis General tires. This place is amazing. The owner came out and talked to us personally. He had us pull up into the parking lot and had a guy come out with a 20 ton jack and change our tire right there in the parking lot. Right away. He understood where we were going and how important it was. And he said he was determined to get us fixed up and on our way to our destination. They were above and beyond incredibly helpful. Very nice people. Very professional. Very kind. We feel so blessed to have stopped at this

Lewis has come to the rescue for both of our vehicles -- on more than one occasion! Friendly, helpful, fair, good people who will do whatever they can to get us back on the road safely. From reception to service desk to management, Lewis knows the true meaning of customer service, 10/10

I was so happy that Lewis General tire could get me in for an alignment. I called them on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Their facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will be going to Lewis for all my alignments for both my vehicles and my truck on the commercial side. Keep up the great work!

I've been going to Lewis' for over 15 years for both tires, and car service. I am 100% satisfied with both the Customer Service, and the actual service work. If something will take longer or may cost more $, they consult FIRST before doing the work which I think is great. Cost is very competitive and reasonable. I've also referred so many people to them for service. I moved from the area and still drive the hour for their service. I trust their work! Super job Lewis'!!!
